Pomegranate salsa
Ingredients
- 1 deseeded pomegranate
- 1/4 oranges zested and juiced
- 1/2 limes zested and juiced
- 0.5g toasted cinnamon powder
- 62g toasted pecans chopped same size as pomegranate seeds
- 50g pomegranate molasses
- 7g water
- 10g mint sliced
Method
Combine all the ingredients together and mix well. Serve immediately or store in the fridge for later.
