
Ingredients
- 110g of gluten-free plain flour
- 275ml of Alpro almond milk
- 1tbsp veg oil

Treat yourself to home-made pancakes with your choice of topping. This recipe is gluten-free and vegan-friendly.
Method
1. Mix together until it's the consistency of single cream.
2. Then ladle (or pour) into a hot pan. A crepe pan ensures you don't make your pancakes too thick, and makes flipping easier, but any frying pan can be used.

"My personal favourites are caramelized toffee bananas, spiced cinnamon apples with ice cream, and simple lemon and sugar. And for the kids why not add food colouring to your batter mix. You can separate your mix into 4 bowls and have 4 colours." Baz
