At each Audley restaurant we offer a variety of dishes to appeal to all ages and all tastebuds. Whilst we strive to offer the classics and favourites our guests come back to enjoy time and time again, we also vary our menus to include seasonal dishes and Chef Specials.

The summer, a group of Audley Head Chefs came together for the first time, to collaborate on an initial concept to inspire a new Group-wide Autumn menu. The team shared ideas, sourced new ingredients, then later reconvened in a Production Kitchen in Derby to perfect the new dishes. On the menu, you'll find some classics and favourites, along with the new dishes, to be enjoyed all week long. Chef Specials and light bites continue to be available at each restaurant.

You'll also spot that we have added calorie counts to the main menu, enabling our guests to make a nutritionally informed choice when dining with us.

The new menu is available from September and will be served in restaurants across the country right up until our Festive Menu returns in December.
